The average estimated delivery time for products to the European market is 10 to 15 business days, with variations possible due to external factors such as local logistics, customs, potential strikes, and other events beyond our control.

All purchases include a tracking code, which will be sent to the customer's email within 3 business days. This code allows tracking from the departure of the origin country until arrival at your residence.

Delivery is carried out by local postal services. In exceptional cases, such as an absent recipient or regions with delivery restrictions, postal services may leave a notice for product retrieval at the nearest agency to the provided address.

Based on our experience, approximately 85% of products are delivered within 15 days after posting, or even earlier. In orders with 2 or more products, they may be shipped in separate shipments, each with its own tracking code.

Please pay attention to correctly filling out the delivery address to ensure on-time delivery. Note that the address cannot be changed after 24 hours of the order, as the product separation for shipping begins during this period, and it is also not possible to cancel the purchase after 24 hours.

Due to the international nature of the order, tracking information on postal service websites may take 3 to 5 business days after the code is issued. Products damaged during transport are the responsibility of postal services.

The buyer should review the delivery address before confirming the purchase. In the case of product return due to incorrect address or insufficient data, the responsibility lies with the customer. In unsuccessful delivery attempts by postal services, the product will be held at the agency for retrieval. After confirmation of reshipment, the delivery time will be counted from this recorded date.

As this involves an import, all merchandise is subject to customs bureaucracy or taxes. Untress covers additional costs (fees, charges, and taxes) imposed by the government. In the case of taxation, the customer has 48 hours to contact and provide the necessary documentation. In the case of reshipment, a new delivery timeframe will be established.
